KiCad is a free suite for designing electronic circuits and printed circuit boards. It takes you from schematic capture through PCB layout to 3D board preview and manufacturing files, with large symbol and footprint libraries.
There are no limits on board size or layers, unlike many free versions of commercial tools. The download is large because of the libraries.
